Company Overview

 

Our journey began in 2017 as Meda-link, where we aimed to introduce technology to simplify medical professionals’ processes and link them with cloud-based systems. As we expanded our services, we discovered that small-medium business sectors and all professional fields were facing similar systematic problems. We conducted extensive research that uncovered 92% of all SMMEs closing within two years of existence. We identified the primary reasons behind these closures, including a lack of entrepreneurial and management skills, improper market research, and inadequate value proposition.

 

Our Company comprises of a BA(psych) CAPM project manager, A CA(SA) Financial consultant and admin team was assembled to address the issues raised in the research we had conducted. Our aim was to provide a service that addresses the real issues that entrepreneurs face on a day-to-day basis. We understand that our skills and experience are tools best utilised to help you change your business around for the better, More importantly, equip you with the skills necessary to grow your business, independently, to the next level, and acquire the necessary capital for the expansion.

Rebranded to Motsoeneng Projects and Investments

After extensive research and strategic engagements with our teams, we decided to move into the management consulting sphere.

2020

Our First project.

Tank Corrosion Mitigation, Maseve, Rustenburg. Duration: 1 week Value: R235’000.00. Solution provided: Setting up of onsite management processes and reporting structures. Monitoring of resources utilization(Subcontractor) creating reports and recommendations. Project overruns, three day over deadline. .

2021

Corrosion Mitigation, Sodium Baths, Rustenburg, 2021

Duration 3 Days Value: R 367’000.00 Setting up of onsite management processes and reporting structures. Monitoring of resources utilization, creating reports and recommendations. Minimized wastage, and provided methodologies that concluded the project 2 days ahead of time. .

2023

Turnaround of a Plumbing and Back up solution company

Duration: Continuous (Feb,2023) Value: R 120’000.00 to date Solution Provided: Performance Reporting Structure and reports, transition from self employed to business owner, acquisition of 2 new insurance panels, and improvement relationship with old client.
